I have been using Dreamhost for 20 years. Whenever I have had an issue I know I will be looked after by Dreamhost support. They are polite, knowledgeable and often go above expectations. Recently I had an issue with a slow website and I received a detailed response addressing all of my questions and next steps to consider. The reason why I have stayed with Dreamhost is because of the support the team provide.

Have been with Dreamhost ~20 years and always found their service to be top tier. Always responsive, very solution oriented and they follow up quickly, even if I am not quite so fast :). Shared hosting has been a powerful tool in our toolbox, their proprietary email management is a welcome relief from the forced solutions by other providers. You have more control, more options and feel like your infrastructure is actually yours.
Ashish and Maitrey were extremely patient as we negotiated repair of my website. I'm a lawyer and don't have a huge amount of time, and they just stuck with me while I did what needed doing to get my ducks in a row. They made sure everything looked perfect and helped me fix a couple of tiny issues before putting the matter to bed. Couldn't be happier.

I spent 10 years with other vendors before I found Dreamhost. I discovered that the highest cost of cheap hosting was poor support. Dreamhost support is the best I have found because it offers multiple support options: chat, logging, and phone. Support staff is polite, thorough, and precise. My issues have most often been resolved in less than 20 minutes.
