I have been with these people WELL OVER two decades and have always found them directly approachable on a level that is relevant to my own needs and ability to understand, they are fast to reply and always solve any issue that I am dealing with. I wish everyone else was as good as they are!
Dreamhost customer support is quick to respond and fix any problems. Excellent hosting for a reasonable price.
Re: thong3 265396235 - customer support team has been very prudent, prompt and provided clear and detail information and instructions without fail
Responses were quick and for the most part easy to understand. Most were very helpful and they are patient with my silly follow questions.
Reliable and easy to use.
Service and technical skills of the team are really the best. I had a difficult technical problem i just couldn;t find the answer to and after a couple hours they came back with the solution and now my life is saved and everything is fixed. It's not the first time I've spoken to someone and they've gone in with white gloves and fixed my problems for me. 10 stars. Thank you Sneyder
We just signed up to DreamHost yesterday. Signup was very easy, and the price for web hosting can't be beat! We signed up for four years due to the wonderful discount. We also registered a domain name through DreamHost, and the first year is free. We like that they are up-front about what their charges should be in the future. Uploading our site went very fast. We did have a question about tax status, since we are a non-profit organization. There was a real human in customer service who replied to our question, he submitted a Ticket, and within less than an hour, we received an email confirming that they would not be charging tax. So far, we are very pleased with their service. Fast, friendly, complete. Highly recommended.
had an issue of slow response on my website which Tech diagnosed and help resolve in a very short time! Outstanding!
