Easy transfer from old to new
I used ChatGPT to help me transfer my old Website from one hosting site to DreamHost and it was great. But when I had additional questions, DreamHost was right there to answer them. They were very responsive and accurate. I've worked through it to my WordPress site and it's pretty seamless. The cost savings are a big plus but I also like the feeling of control I get with DreamHost as opposed to my previous host. Highly recommend.
The Dreamhost team Support goes above and beyond!
The Dreamhost team are always there to help me. I am no tech person per se, and need clarification at times. They reply to my questions within 24 hours, usually within hours. Always nice to have a company backed by knowledgeable staff and who can explain things to me in laymen terms! I would recommend them!

I've used Dreamhost for almost 4 years for both of my websites and anytime I had an issue they fixed it the same day or if it needed to be escalated, I always heard back within 24 hours and they fixed the issue. They are the best hosting company I've had and their customer support is amazing. Highly recommend.
We have a small non-commercial website…
We have a small non-commercial website (scpdfa.com) and a non-technical person who created and maintains the website. We used ReMixer to design the site and have been very happy with how successful it has been. When we have run into a tech "problem," the support team at Dreamhost has been responsive and always helpful. They've explained any delays in a fix and followed up.
Just amazing service
I've been hosting our website using Dreamhost for more than a decade now. Their support staff are just amazing. Nothing ever seems to be a problem and somehow they always come up with a solution, no matter how left of field it seemed to me when I was asking the question.
