My website was more than 15 years overdue because client work always came first. After retiring, I wanted a site that showcased my 50+ year career and preserved that story for my family. Nusrat and the DreamHost Professional Services team made that dream a reality. They did an outstanding job transforming a lifetime of work into a beautiful, professional website. I am thrilled with the results and highly recommend their services.
My website was a big project and from the beginning, Nusrat & DreamHost got the "bones" of the site just right. From there it was a matter of fine tuning. I had a lot of material, so it wasn't surprising when minor changes were necessary and Nusrat handled them smoothly and with courtesy. It was a great experience!
I had a thorough and kind customer service experience.
I chose email support being a bit skeptical at first, but I was pleasantly surprised! They were extremely fast and gave me a clear, 1-step solution to solve my issue right away. When I asked them to apply the fix for me, they took care of it immediately. 5 stars!
I always get smart service from Dreamhost's staff, they're friendly and competent. I've never had a problem in the decade+ time that I've been with them. I recommend Dreamhost to everyone I know.
Our site was hacked! After reading through the repair recommendations and guides, I was very happy to discover the hacked site repair service that Dreamhost offers. The process was very painless and the price was also very reasonable. Don't get me wrong, the repair recommendations and guides were detailed and complete, but this repair would have taken me much longer by myself. They had the website back up and running in just a couple hours and part of that time was waiting on me. Thanks again to our specialist Andres and Dreamhost!
Real people providing real-time support. I couldn't be more pleased with the support I've received from DreamHost's support team in resolving issues with mail filtering and spoofing.
I have been with these people WELL OVER two decades and have always found them directly approachable on a level that is relevant to my own needs and ability to understand, they are fast to reply and always solve any issue that I am dealing with. I wish everyone else was as good as they are!
