My website was a big project and from the beginning, Nusrat & DreamHost got the "bones" of the site just right. From there it was a matter of fine tuning. I had a lot of material, so it wasn't surprising when minor changes were necessary and Nusrat handled them smoothly and with courtesy. It was a great experience!

The company gave standard services which creeped up little by little but the first time that I needed service, their "sales team" could not be bothered for an emergency. My business is DOWN due to their unwillingness to help a client.

Our site was hacked! After reading through the repair recommendations and guides, I was very happy to discover the hacked site repair service that Dreamhost offers. The process was very painless and the price was also very reasonable. Don't get me wrong, the repair recommendations and guides were detailed and complete, but this repair would have taken me much longer by myself.
