New to DreamHost, great service and prices!

We just signed up to DreamHost yesterday. Signup was very easy, and the price for web hosting can't be beat! We signed up for four years due to the wonderful discount. We also registered a domain name through DreamHost, and the first year is free. We like that they are up-front about what their charges should be in the future. Uploading our site went very fast. We did have a question about tax status, since we are a non-profit organization. There was a real human in customer service who replied to our question, he submitted a Ticket, and within less than an hour, we received an email confirming that they would not be charging tax. So far, we are very pleased with their service. Fast, friendly, complete. Highly recommended.
