I have been using Dreamhost for 20 years. Whenever I have had an issue I know I will be looked after by Dreamhost support. They are polite, knowledgeable and often go above expectations. Recently I had an issue with a slow website and I received a detailed response addressing all of my questions and next steps to consider. The reason why I have stayed with Dreamhost is because of the support the team provide.
