Door een grote storing bij Versio kan ik al weken niet meer aan mijn DNS records. De oplossing om via de klantenservice wijzigingen door te voeren werkt niet. De beloofde prioriteit duurt meerdere dagen, zonder feedback. Ik stel mij ook grote vragen rond de vele 5 sterren reviews hier op deze site. Als ik de teksten lees lijken die mij op bestelling geschreven te zijn.

Franchement, si vous débutez de zéro et que vous n'y connaissez rien en code ou en web design, Wix est une véritable pépite. J'ai créé le site de mon établissement avec, et l'ergonomie du 'glisser-déposer' rend la prise en main immédiate. Les templates sont modernes, l'interface est intuitive, et tout est pensé pour qu'on puisse avancer rapidement sans bloquer sur la technique. Le support et les outils intégrés (SEO, réservations, e-commerce) suivent parfaitement derrière. Un grand merci à Wix pour avoir rendu la création de site web aussi accessible. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Zeer fijne hosting en alles is zeer duidelijk. Ook de helpdesk kan je vlot bereiken. Reeds 2x Vince aan de lijn gehad en heeft me al 2 maal vlot door de vragen geholpen.

I used ChatGPT to help me transfer my old Website from one hosting site to DreamHost and it was great. But when I had additional questions, DreamHost was right there to answer them. They were very responsive and accurate. I've worked through it to my WordPress site and it's pretty seamless. The cost savings are a big plus but I also like the feeling of control I get with DreamHost as opposed to my previous host. Highly recommend.

The Dreamhost team are always there to help me. I am no tech person per se, and need clarification at times. They reply to my questions within 24 hours, usually within hours. Always nice to have a company backed by knowledgeable staff and who can explain things to me in laymen terms! I would recommend them!

Na 1 jaar probleemloos een webshop nu verlenging betaald en alles offline.. Geen snelle hulp en geen reacties op tickets... Totaal geen telefoonnummer te vinden !

I've used Dreamhost for almost 4 years for both of my websites and anytime I had an issue they fixed it the same day or if it needed to be escalated, I always heard back within 24 hours and they fixed the issue. Needed the TransIP helpdesk for the first time in many years today, and this did not disappoint. They were quick to respond and got me to resolve my issue (that was on my side, of course) quickly. If only every helpdesk was this good...
