Good Support Experience
I was frustrated when I discovered the contact form on my Wordpress website wasn't actually sending mail, even though it indicated success. JD responded promptly with a plugin suggestion and links to several related Knowledge Base articles. I got it working thanks to JD's guidance.

Excellent website migration experience
I've been a longtime happy user of Dreamhost, but I'm specifically rating my recent "website migration" experience. The site I wanted to move was essentially "lost" on the server side. There was no way to automatically import the files or e-mail. I had zip file backups for the e-mail and website assets and manually uploaded everything. They worked with me on this atypical process, communicating every step clearly, and showing true kindness and empathy, while demonstrating a deep knowledge of website functionality. I'll gladly stay a Dreamhost customer, and I hope they truly value exceptional employees like Ashish Thakur and Maitrey Trivedi.

I volunteered to create a website for a senior citizen social group and didn't know what I was doing. The support that I received from DreamHost over a period of about 30 days was awesome. Their explanations and instructions were very clear. When I didn't know what tools I needed, they asked clear and concise questions in layman's terms that helped us reach the right solution.
