I volunteered to create a website for a senior citizen social group and didn't know what I was doing. The support that I received from DreamHost over a period of about 30 days was awesome. Their explanations and instructions were very clear. When I didn't know what tools I needed, they asked clear and concise questions in layman's terms that helped us reach the right solution. Special thanks to Sneyder who helped me bring this effort to the finish line. Demonstrating to the group next week and then we launch. Thank you DreamHost
