Excellent website migration experience

I've been a longtime happy user of Dreamhost, but I'm specifically rating my recent "website migration" experience. The site I wanted to move was essentially "lost" on the server side. There was no way to automatically import the files or e-mail. I had zip file backups for the e-mail and website assets and manually uploaded everything. They worked with me on this atypical process, communicating every step clearly, and showing true kindness and empathy, while demonstrating a deep knowledge of website functionality. I'll gladly stay a Dreamhost customer, and I hope they truly value exceptional employees like Ashish Thakur and Maitrey Trivedi.
