Ramses Verbeme is gewoon een kanjer met heel veel begrip voor onze situatie. Ook dat hij zelf even een berichtje heeft gestuurd om na te vragen hoe het nu gaat doet ons heel erg goed. Echt een topper!

Voor TransIP

Having owned & hosted several hundred sites in the last 20 years, I can honestly say, TransIP is bottom of the pile for customer and technical service & assistance. Pricing i steep too! They would much rather write long emails with paths to follow in their overcomplicated control panel arther than just lend a hand...... Certficate issues, been 4 weeks, still ongoing, ask them to upgrade a hosting service, no poblems, it can be done online in stantly, ask them to downgrade that service, you have to copy all the files, buy a cheaper service and move everything across (crazy!!!) Email services, longwinded cancellation, a record issues, they dont help, they send long emails what to do!! Extremely dissatisfied, worst hosts I have come across, There are far cheaper and better providers out there, choose wisely prior to engaging with these guys

Hi Jacco, I understand that it can be frustrating when your expectations differ from the service we provide. However, it is correct that we do not perform actions on behalf of our customers. We only offer self managed products, which you can fully manage yourself through our control panel. We are always happy to help if you run into any issues, but our support will generally consist of instructions explaining how you can resolve or configure something yourself.

Dit is een super bedrijf. Geen lokkertjes met het eerste jaar korting, en daarna het veelvoud betalen. Gewoon een erg scherpe prijs, ook bij verlening na een jaar Super klantendienst - hebben me geholpen bij overdracht van domein, en de bijbehorende email box met het overzetten van alle emails. Tot in de puntjes. En een passend aanbod, waarbij ik alleen betaal voor wat ik heb: domain plus email. Geen website nodig. (bij mijn vorige provider was ik "verplicht" om een website en email hosting pakket af te nemen.
