Onze website was “gecrasht” en niet meer bereikbaar. Er werd snel contact met ons opgenomen en onze website was gelijk weer te gebruiken. Ik heb informatie ontvangen over hoe ik het in de toekomst op kan lossen en wat ik nu kan doen ter voorkoming.

It was Saturday and I knew the Swedish support was closed. First I had conversation with a robot and then I was connected to a person somewhere who helped me.

Zeer slechte communicatie/ administratie. Een bedrijf dat al 1,5 jaar is opgezegd nog steeds rekeningen/ aanmaningen en dreigingen van incassobureaus sturen. Ondanks dat dit bij jullie al bekend is middels tickets en telefoontjes. Inmiddels ook telefonisch te horen gekregen dat de fout bij jullie ligt en natuurlijk duizend maal excuses. En dan ligt er 2 dagen later alweer een dreigende mail........ Helaas zijn jullie geen enkele ster waard

Sometimes I can't even access my Wix account to fiz and update something. It takes forever, sometimes it doesn't go through at all. When I am working on the changes sonetimes it doesn't save it and breakes and I have to do it all over again if I am even able to connect
