I contacted SpectraIP oo substantive response to an abuse reportn 8 September…

I contacted SpectraIP on 8 September 2026 about websites on its network that appeared to impersonate government verification services and expose personal information. After receiving no substantive response, I followed up on 23 September with the exact URLs and screenshots. At the time of writing, I have not received an explanation of how the report is being handled or confirmation that action has been taken. My experience concerns their abuse-reporting process, rather than their hosting service as a customer. The lack of communication about a sensitive issue has been frustrating. I would appreciate a proper investigation and a clear response, and will update this review if the matter is resolved.

It has been 20 days since I made the payment, but they have neither delivered the server nor issued a refund.

I ordered a server on August 9th; after the initial three days passed, they claimed it would take another three. Yet, here I am—18 days past that deadline—and the server still hasn't been delivered. I requested a refund and provided my bank details five days ago, but today they told me delivery would take another 20 days, offering a "generous" 30% discount for the coming month as a consolation. Essentially, they want me to pay for two months of service without any guarantee that I’ll actually receive the server. I issued an ultimatum today: if they don't deliver, I’ll share screenshots of our support tickets across various websites and forums. That said, if they provide the refund or the server today, I will update my review. The refund has been processed.

48 Hours Later: No Server, No Refund, No Response

I paid for a server because their website indicated that delivery would normally take a few hours. I wasn’t in a rush, so I waited. After about 24 hours, I politely contacted them asking for an update and an ETA. No response. It has now been almost 48 hours: no server, no refund, and no meaningful response whatsoever. I have tried contacting them through every available contact method and opened multiple support tickets. Instead of answering, they simply delete/close tickets without resolving the issue or providing any explanation. At this point, I have paid for a service that I have not received, and the company is not communicating with me. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this company. I am now preparing a dispute/complaint with my bank and complaints to the relevant organizations. If the company resolves the situation and refunds me or delivers what I paid for, I will update this review accordingly.

Scammers

Scammers, they do allow scam websites to be hosted on their platform too. Reports are being ignored and links to support are not working. if you are cyber criminal perfect place to hang onto.

We have had a very negative experience…

We have had a very negative experience with SpectraIP. Multiple reports have been submitted regarding a website hosted on their infrastructure that is impersonating our business and misleading customers. Despite providing detailed evidence, including documentation proving ownership of our brand and content, there has been no meaningful response or action taken. Abuse and DMCA-related emails appear to be ignored, which raises serious concerns about how reports are handled. As a result, this situation is causing ongoing damage to our business and confusion among customers. We expected a hosting provider to take such matters seriously and act responsibly when clear evidence is presented. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend SpectraIP.

I ordered an dedicated server

I ordered an dedicated server, and after i install OS on it, it automatically Off after 5 mins. and when i create a support ticket they are replying after 2 days. and just tell "We will check your server and fix" what the hell is this, and when i am asking for refund because of i loss my high paying client, they are telling they can't provide refund. What is the scam ?? I suggest you don't use it.

There VPS is good only have one down…

There VPS is good only have one down time since i am using, but there support is very, very bad paid invoice on 27th november through there card, because of there manual payment system they still didnt update my invoice status and the invoice is still unpaid and service may be suspended automatically by there system, I am looking for some alternatives now, in case i have to move created more then 11 tickets till 1st dec but no response there as well, i hope they will improve there services so i will use it later again.
