The best web hosting service
DreamHost is the best online hosting service. They resolved all the issues I had very quickly, and they offer the best customer service.
World Class Service Provider
Have been with Dreamhost ~20 years and always found their service to be top tier. Always responsive, very solution oriented and they follow up quickly, even if I am not quite so fast :). Shared hosting has been a powerful tool in our toolbox, their proprietary email management is a welcome relief from the forced solutions by other providers. You have more control, more options and feel like your infrastructure is actually yours.
Ashish and Maitrey were so helpful
Ashish and Maitrey were extremely patient as we negotiated repair of my website. I'm a lawyer and don't have a huge amount of time, and they just stuck with me while I did what needed doing to get my ducks in a row. They made sure everything looked perfect and helped me fix a couple of tiny issues before putting the matter to bed. Couldn't be happier.
Dreamhost has amazing tech support representatives
I have been working on a graduate school project the last few weeks and have had a number of technical problems setting up a WordPress website. The support staff at Dreamhost has been absolutely exceptional with all the help they have provided me. I have been using Dreamhost as my hosting service for well over a decade now and their tech support staff have always been extremely responsive and helpful. I am extremely satisfied with their assistance and I am very happy knowing that I can always reach out whenever my very limited experience gets me stuck with one of my projects.
