Terrible company and scammers
Terrible company, terrible support. Waited 2 days to deliver the server, no response on ticket and not even the server received in 2 days. No WhatsApp reply nothing. Pretty much scammers .

They don't reply any support ticket or email. What should I do
Support is very poor
Support is very poor. Average response time is two weeks. Can't get the server up for months. After 2 weeks of downtime they server is still down. But they changed ticked priority to Low, they told that "huge delay" was due to my multiple reminders, they don't like my "tone" and haven't done any refund! Not recommended. Upd 08.08 1. Server doesn't ping for a month 2. They haven't fixed anyting 3. They haven't done any refund So they are scammers and their support is garbage. This service works until the first issue. They don't care about customers. Your server may be down for an monthes and they will not fix it P.S All the replies were from Tony van Zijl. Let everybody know the scammer by name.

Spectra IP is hosting SCAM websites and keeps them live, though they've been noticed of the scam. Real bad hosting company if you keep scam website(s) alive.

If you value customer support and have any project of responsability where you can't afford downtime, look somewhere else ... Customer support is basically non existant, waiting 3 days for reply to a ticket, never seen anything like this even in third world hosting services .
Hi, You open a support ticket for a non-urgent issue during weekend/public holiday time. There was no downtime involved with your services, just a CPU setting of a new ordered VPS... If you need support for non-urgent issues outside office hours, you can take a 24/7 SLA contract with us and we'll be happy to help you 24/7. Best regards, Support Staff
Very bad experience with SpectraIP
1) Bad Service They terminated my VPS for no reason, they told me it was unpaid when even if it is paid and it shows that it is paid in the invoices section. 2) Slow Support Team They take weeks to reply to tickets & emails. and when they do, they don't give an exact answer to your problem which makes me so mad because their next reply will come in weeks. Edit: They even closed the ticket without solving anything. So disappointed.
