Very bad experience with SpectraIP

1) Bad Service They terminated my VPS for no reason, they told me it was unpaid when even if it is paid and it shows that it is paid in the invoices section. 2) Slow Support Team They take weeks to reply to tickets & emails. and when they do, they don't give an exact answer to your problem which makes me so mad because their next reply will come in weeks. Edit: They even closed the ticket without solving anything. So disappointed.
