Betrouwbaarheid was voor mij belangrijk bij het kiezen van een hostingprovider. Tot nu toe is de server stabiel gebleven en zijn de prestaties constant. Geen onnodige complicaties en alles werkt zoals verwacht; een echte aanrader.

After several setbacks, my problems were resolved. There is no real 24/7 support, but they resolved the problem, were cordial, and understanding of my urgency to have a server ready and running as soon as possible.
Terrible support, this will surely drive them out of business. I waited for hours to be attended to by a person, since they offer 24/7 support and never attended to me. They take years to answer a simple ticket. They offered "instant delivery" VPS and I have been waiting for hours for them to finish installing what I bought.

During checkout we clearly show a message (including a popup warning) stating that "custom configurations require 2–3 business days" for delivery. Today is actually the first business day after your order (order date and time: 2025-11-21 19:18:07), and our engineering team has already completed the disk upgrade and confirmed this in your ticket. Our Dedicated Servers with standard configuration is delivered instantly, but upgrades such as custom disks, CPU or RAM require manual provisioning by our technicians. Regarding support: Our team responded in your ticket already today and started the upgrade immediately. The service didn't work with Hostinger. Support said it wasn't their fault and therefore they wouldn't refund the money; they weren't honest. They only refunded a portion on the condition that I leave a positive review. Dishonest company.
Ik was echt tevreden... maar de support laat me nu echt in de steek. Zover zelfs dat ik bijna verplicht ga worden om alle domeinnamen om te huizen naar een andere partij. Jammer.
