Terrible service
Terrible service, slow communication, unclear on what to expect and very shady how things work. Purchased my VPS to test things there, they told me DirectAdmin would be installed. Tried tingering with it, but all the time DirectAdmin was not installed or configured properly. Thought it might be my mistake, so inorder to make the server work, I upgraded to Plesk which costed me another 20 euro's. I was busy the entire saturday from morning till after midnight, trying to get my connection working to my port which has promised to work out of the box. Nothing worked at all. At 1AM /2AM on my free saturday, I decided to Switch to Hostinger and where Snel.com struggled for the entireday, they got it up automatically with all my wanted services in 10/15 min. I mean, Snel.com might be good for shared hosting? No experience in that regard, but if you want a serious server with serious service, people with know how and actual care about you? Then this company is DEFNITELY not your choice. Again to call it all. 1. Not working services. 2. Bad communication. 3. Happy to let you swim. 4. After customer and cancel they just stop responding all together. Rarely ever have I seen such a large hosting company by so terrible. For Dutch customers I heavily recommend other parties like Vimexx, Hostnet, Hostinger heck even shared hosting of Versio works better, because at least it WORKS. If I could give this lower then 1 star, I would happily be spamming that all day to save you lot for coming to this company.
