Ontzettend klotebedrijf met zeer ondermaatse of betergezegd SLECHTE SERVICE ! Kan mijn email box inmiddels al 5 dagen niet in. Maar enorm moeilijk contact met ze te krijgen. En heb je eindelijk contact is het zeer moeizaam en komen ze hun woord niet na !
Ze maken het onmogelijk om een verhuistoken aan te kunnen vragen. Zomaar ineens doen de mailinstellingen het niet meer. Ik vind het maar een bijzonder bedrijf, ik wil er graag weg. Wacht op terugkoppeling van de helpdesk om dit in orde te maken.

Mijn collega heeft inmiddels geprobeerd telefonisch contact met je op te nemen en je daarnaast per e-mail uitgebreid geïnformeerd. Ook hebben we de koppeling tussen je domeinnaam en hostingpakket hersteld om de problemen met je e-mail te verhelpen. Fijn om te lezen dat ik niet de enige ben die hier he-le-maal klaar mee is. Al sinds 2010 ! (zeer) tevreden klant. Sinds ze onderdeel zijn van het Zweedse one.group prijstijging na prijststijging én een onduidelijk op upselling beluste 'onehome' dashboard wat ook nog eens niet correct werkt. Terwijl er genoeg concurrentie is wat hoger scoort en wel redelijke prijzen vraagt. De prijswijzigingen die je als reseller opgedrongen worden zijn gewoon niet te verantwoorden naar mijn klanten toe. Daarom ga ik de boel verhuizen. Een deel naar het betaalbare en Nederlandse Theory7, en deel naar Serveo, en een deel naar Vimexx. ps - doe geen moeite om te reageren we hebben al uitgebreid telefonisch gesproken
Bedankt voor het delen van je ervaring. We vinden het jammer om te lezen dat je na zoveel jaren als klant hebt besloten een deel van je diensten te verhuizen. We hadden graag persoonlijk met je meegekeken naar de punten die je noemt. We hebben via deze review om aanvullende gegevens gevraagd, zodat we konden achterhalen om welk klantaccount het gaat. Helaas hebben we daarop geen reactie ontvangen. Je geeft aan dat er telefonisch contact is geweest, maar op basis van de informatie in de review kunnen we dat gesprek op dit moment niet terugvinden in ons systeem. Suddenly after more then 10 years they just without notice more then tripled the prices, canceled our domains when we didn’t want to pay the bill and hold our other domains hostage. Never experienced this and really bad customer support. They were the best…and now are there worst…stay away!

What happened to them? They were the best. They were fast at responding. They were available in the weekend. They had a sharp price. Now.... Helpdesk is slow. Only available during office-hours (so as a working person, you have to do all by tickets) and responses take days. The invoices are send way to early. But when you pay for your domain, they don't pay the DNS. I'm moving my websites to a different host right now, and I keep finding dead bodies in their closets. DNS, payed for 6-6, is not yet extended. End-date: 16-8. That is a little on the close side. New host made me pay for the domain. So I asked Antagonist my money back. Then they want me to proof I already paid. Your system tells me (and also should tell you) I did. After proving it with a screenshot from my bankaccount, they credit the invoice. And send me a new invoice right away. This is not how it's suppose to work. They completely lost it. They have no clue what they are doing (at least, not administrative) and are running around like toddlers that are on fire. Will they still exist over a few years? Seeing the latest reviews, I highly doubt it. Antagonist, get your s**t together before you force all your customers away. Mainly, administration and availability/response of the helpdesk.

During my 20+ years with this company it went from great to horrible. The 5+ years old positive reviews were deserved (I happily brought them new customers) but shouldn't apply anymore. It's basically a different company now. I used to pay under 30 euro for .com and hosting. During ridiculous price hikes I dropped the hosting but didn't want to loose .com forever. Now domain (inc tax) went to over 30 euros a year, without warning, without even their website getting the new pricing listed. It's only visible ex tax after adding to basket while it promotes a low first-year price. It feels like they abuse their old reputation and sleeping client base to make scammy price increases pay off. EDIT about the reply from antagonist. Their replies make it look like they continue solving these issues personally by requesting more info. The request came with a 3 day deadline 'or your review may be taken offline'. I filled it in, they ignored it (almost 2 months ago).

Stay away: I was very satisfied with Antagonist until 2 years ago. Now it is sad and scandalous at the same time. I have been a customer of Antagonist for at least 12 years for all my website clients (reseller), but now I want to rid of them as soon as possible. Invoices sent months too early and, moreover, they are incredibly annoying with sending reminders for those much-too-early invoices. It has become significantly more expensive, to the point of ridicule, in such a short time. Support is abysmal; sometimes it takes 4-5 days before you get a pathetic answer, usually you get a link to their FAQ page. Customer service comes across as unmotivated, condescending and is late! These are my last months and then it's finally over: 5 more to go and all my websites will be hosted elsewhere.

In the past this was a very solid hosting company and I used their services extensively for many of my clients. Unfortunately, over the years the pricing has increased while certain features and functionality have been reduced. Support has also become increasingly difficult to reach. Responses to emails and support requests are often slow or do not address the actual questions being asked. I currently have multiple clients experiencing similar issues, which is concerning. Based on my recent experiences, I would recommend carefully considering alternative hosting providers.
