In the past this was a very solid hosting company and I used their services extensively for many of my clients. Unfortunately, over the years the pricing has increased while certain features and functionality have been reduced. Support has also become increasingly difficult to reach. Responses to emails and support requests are often slow or do not address the actual questions being asked. I currently have multiple clients experiencing similar issues, which is concerning. Based on my recent experiences, I would recommend carefully considering alternative hosting providers.
