I just started with this service and ordered a dedicated server, price was really interesting. Sad that I paid (throught Coinbase) and the invoice still shows up as unpaid! I also opened a ticket and still got no response, so they just got mine 100$ buck and i got nothing.. I hope this will change EDIT: they have now answered and gave me even a free month, so let's see how it will go.
