Slow support, bad customer attitude
Tilaa powered down my server because they didn't like that 1st credit card I've paid with failed and I used another card. They thought it was enough reason to power down the server disturbing my work (and then start responding with rate of ~2 emails per day). They restored the service only the other day. So I don't know how you can rely on a VPS provider with that attitude.

Tilaa als betrouwbare partner voor WeReserve
Wij werken met WeReserve al jaren naar tevredenheid samen met Tilaa. Onze SaaS draait op meerdere van hun VPS'en. Het contact met support ervaren wij als prettig en issues worden snel opgelost. Ook het uitbreiden van het aantal VPS'en is eenvoudig en snel te doen. We bevelen Tilaa van harte aan.
Prima levering VPS
VPS was snel geconfigureerd, aangevraagd, geïnstalleerd en voor gebruik beschikbaar. Aangezien ik al een VPS huur bij Tilaa was het voor mij een bekende procedure maar ook bij de eerste VPS was er geen enkel probleem. Ziet er allemaal heel goed uit.

Totally seamless process with follow-up mails to ensure everything was setup properly. I appreciated the detailed information on infrastructure setup and datacenter topology. And I needed a 100% EU GDPR rules compliant solution.
