Regarding the File Manager issue mentioned in your review, downloading files should work reliably. We’ve tested this on our end and have not been able to reproduce the behavior you describe, nor have we received similar reports from other customers, so at this stage it appears to be an isolated case. Update: Thank you for adding more detail to your review. Your clarification that the File Manager issue occurs intermittently with larger files is helpful and gives us additional context for investigating the behavior. We’d also like to clarify the point about backups. Automatic daily backups and restore functionality are included with our hosting plans at no additional charge. Customers who want to download one of those automatically created backups directly through the Backups tool with a single click can use our Premium Backup Service. That said, website files can also be downloaded separately through File Manager or FTP, while databases can be exported from Site Tools.
