I had a very timely response and…
I had a very timely response and detailed explanation. Excellent communication and great recommendations on how to improve my website's security even further. Every one of my issues have been 100% resolved. There is so much on the back side of a website that the public doesn't see. It's always evolving and changing and can get very complex. This is the main reason I switched to Siteground hosting. They have great AI help and even better professionals standing by whenever you need them.

All our sites and email have been down for over 6 hours business cripled we cant trade and losing thousands. Siteground you have one job to keep our sites and email live. Switch the servers over you have redundancy use it ! Terrible service !

The incident was caused by a major disruption to Google Cloud's London infrastructure, which affected many businesses and online services, including servers in our UK data center. Our engineers worked closely with Google Cloud's team throughout, and connectivity has now been fully restored, with all affected websites and email services back online. We do have established backup and disaster recovery procedures in place. At the same time, switching services to another data center during a major infrastructure outage is not an immediate or automatic process, as it requires careful coordination to protect data integrity and service stability. We're now reviewing this incident in detail, including how we can further minimize the impact of similar disruptions in the future.
