Terrible hosting

Terrible! My domain suddenly got cancelled! No warning, no email no nothing! My service is down because my domain is no longer active... I am losing customers over this! Support is only a chatbot, that says it will escalate my problem. Of course then comes the reply on my support ticket stating I have cancelled my domain 3 years ago! Sure, right... So support guy did not read my message... :( I never wanted to be with this company in the first place. They purchased the company where I originally held my domains. Then suddenly it was sold to MonsterHost. Also losing the ability to pay via iDeal. Which caused me a lot of trouble already in the past...

Monsterhost, low budget web hosting…

Monsterhost is a low budget web hosting service, with a lack of service. I've been signed up for a year and they have been very slow to respond to support messages. There's no way to phone them for support. My site has been down twice in the last week and while they get it back up after some time, they admit they have no idea what is wrong. I'm pretty sure they do not have 24 hour support. I send a message at around midnight their time (EU), and I don't hear back until 8 am. I'm willing to bet no one was there until 8 am. Probably the janitor turned off the power switch when he left and the morning crew had to turn it back on. Notice in the reviews here, that people either love them and praise their support, or hate them and tell the same story I do. I think there are some shills.

Worst hosting service I ever used

Worst hosting service I ever used. I purchased there Plesk WordPress Hosting - E-commerce WordPress Hosting plan for one year. There service goes down 4 5 times in month sometimes client panel is also not accessible. Sometimes browser shows dengerous site for their hosting panel. I contacted them multiple times but never resolved my issue. Now I'm frustrated from this hosting.
