For over three weeks, I've been asking Argeweb to unlock my domains so I can transfer them to another registrar (there's no option in the customer panel to unlock them myself; the domain renewal cost of €63.99 is unacceptable to me). Despite dozens of emails, the domains haven't been unlocked, and Argeweb hasn't responded. Removing the transfer lock is the registrar's responsibility under ICANN regulations, but it doesn't matter to Argeweb. I lose more domains every day as they expire, but it doesn't matter to Argeweb either. If I don't get my domains back, the case will go to court—I'll demand compensation for every lost domain. Maybe this will teach Argeweb that this is not the way to treat customers! My advice: Are you fed up with your domains and want to get rid of them? Argeweb will take care of it for you!
