Two Very Expensive Domains Gone

I bought two very expensive domains on a domain auction. The domains was automatically moved to domeinwinkel.nl, where I had to make an account. The domains showed up in my domeinwinkel.nl account. Then for the next three years, they told me to each year to renew even though I had already paid and renewed domains. They fixed the problem and e-mailed me it was now fixed. They also assured me these domains were in my account, and everything was okay, and I could see them there also. Now they tell me three years later they never got domains (total bull...). The offer I got from them was to refund me the renewable cost. Stay away. Domeinwinkel.nl is worse ever. Stay away if you want to keep your domains.
