With no prior knowledge of the company and after reading few reviews I decided to use them for hosting my websites. It wasn't just the good reviews that convinced me. Of course you see a couple of bad reviews as well, but hey you cant really please everyone and some people do like to complain. But what really got me, was seeing a photo of their crew. They looked like real people to me. I was a bit skeptical about using them especially that all communication will be through emails and I won't be able to call if I have a problem. But I was WRONG, great communication and follow up by email. Personalized emails and not the standard crap you usually get from customer service. I haven't been with them long enough but I am very happy that I chose them. Thank you Elmar for an outstanding service, you are an Angel. Mekky
