Rip off!! year after year increase traps you and no support!

I understand initial deal to attract new customers is common within the industry- HOWEVER year after year one has increase prices way beyond inflation and find new creative ways of charging their loyal customer’s extraordinary rates for add-on that’s seems optional but really isn’t. Even when you stay well within you sever storage limit! For a family email domain it’s just Crazy. My first renewal after the first year was £19 (2010) for domain AND hosting! - now for the same it’s £230!! This is just for email. I had several domains over years but this has been the worst and highest ever. be warned, stay away
