I wish I could make a positive review
Geïmporteerd van Trustpilot ↗I wish I could make a positive review. One year ago I would given 5 stars and hopefully again. As a webdesigner I have been extremely happy with one.com. I have recommended one.com for all my clients in like 15 years. The support is great and its easy and fast to use. But lately I have ( and some of my clients) been charged with add ons that I have not requested, needed or warned properly about. One was the php, which I had already updated myself. Then email, that I had not used for 10 years. And it has been complicated to get my money back. This I find very problematic. Also the support concerning these payments have been slow. Please one.com - get back to your old self.
