Friendly and helpful support, but some technical confusion

Krizzia was very friendly, patient and professional throughout our conversation. She also consulted the technical team when needed, which I appreciated. There was some confusion between WordPress installation and migration, and it took several questions to establish that both options use the existing database with different table prefixes. In the end, I received the clarification I needed, along with guidance on how to proceed with a manual migration. Overall, a positive support experience.
