Prices surged abnormally, from E18 in 2017, to E320 in 2025. Calling them seemed the only way of ending the contract and I've waited 25 minutes in line. To be fair: (1) prices were communicated well in advance, (2) the eventual person on the phone was friendly, (3) the website has always reachable.
