I had an issue when trying to follow chatgpts instructions for setting things up on my website and getting it started and got totally locked out. I am a complete novice here and when I chatted with the AI helper i received lots of clear but overwhelming steps to take. When I asked for some help, I was connected with a super helpful agent that was able to handle my issue right away and within 10 minutes of her making magic happen, things were working again and it was all ironed out.
