Kinsta Saved My Website and My Business

Kinsta is the most amazing hosting company I have ever worked with and I'm so grateful for their help and support. I was having a terrible time with another hosting service that I had been with for years. Something was occurring on my website that suddenly caused it to bloat in bandwidth and they couldn’t identify the source. The only option that company left me, was to purchase more bandwidth. But no matter what I did, the site was still expanding. I had no idea what to do and when researching online I found Kinsta. I'd never heard of them before, so I reached out to ask them if they had any idea what the problem could be and if they could help me. Let me tell you, these men answered my messages and not only immediately addressed my concerns, they literally tried everything possible to save my site. They logged in on the backend, ran test after test, sought out additional information, and reported back to me daily. They went so far and above ANY company I have ever worked with in my entire life to help me find the source. After about a week, not only did they identify the cause, they FIXED IT, reset my site, and never charged me a dime! I didn't need more bandwidth. I immediately signed up and since then, my site has run so well and they continue to incredibly supportive. Anytime I have a question, they immediately respond and help me to find the answers I'm seeking. I’m very very grateful for Kinsta, I don't know what I would have done without these fine folks. They’re definitely a different and fresh kind of company. Kinsta saved my website and my business.
