I found out that xstocloud was sold to hostslim after I paid. Xstocloud was out of service for many days and I never received an email about my account setup so I could never log in to build my own website. After 2 days I asked for my money back due to their terrible customer service. I called so many times. Either waited on the line for 5-10 minutes or straight to answering machine. The last time Ralph did answer the phone and promised that he'd give me back my money but of course he never did. He's been ignoring my e-tickets too. I've already reported hostslim to the police as scammer and the consumer association (who says that this is not the first time hostslim got into problems and they never reply to the emails the consumer association sent them). Scammer.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ONE 1) xstocloud.nl is sold to hostslim.nl, so when you call the 085 number, it is invalid. 2). so I tried to reach hostslim.nl, called 4 times, only the first time was answered (and all the guy said was that he'd call me back and never did), the other 2 times were put on hold for 5 minutes then nothing, the last time straight to answering machine. 3) xstocloud.nl is constantly not working, neither was their web admin, where I was supposed to make my own website. thus no access to the webhosting part. 4) according to xstocloud, there was a 14-day money back guarantee. so I asked the guy for my money back, immediately, he took the "14-day money back" line off the website. in short, you pay for the service that doesn't exist. cheap hosting should always be avoided

Het service was echt goed. Ik vindt het heel jammer dat Xtovloud gestopt is met haar diensten.
