Fantastic as always
I have been using SiteGround since 2024, and it has always been a phenomenal experience for me. Customer service is fantastic, the tech support is superior, and everything with them gives me the peace of mind and the safety and security I need. My most recent experience was about an issue with my email accounts, and the team handled it swiftly.
Love the new experience with the…
Love the new experience with the combination of AI and humans. I used it several times this week to plan a client's move to a dedicated IP, and it took way less time than I expected.
I had spent hours on this problem
I had spent hours on this problem, going through AI chat bots until I finally was able to contact a live person. This technical support person was the only person who stayed with me and helped me solve my problem.
I’m a big fan of Siteground
I’m a big fan of Siteground, moved most of my client sites here about 10 years ago after having a lot of trouble with GoDaddy support issues. Came to Siteground for the faster website service, stay for the better customer service.
It was fast and complete
The specialist knew exactly where to access my former chat and move the experience forward. It took just a few minutes and was very satisfactory.
