I raised a query with live chat, and I was connected with an advisor within a couple of minutes, who then found the fault and rectified it for me. No issues, no major delays. Informative and helpful. Exactly what you need from a host. Thanks Isaac.
In 2019, I was using an $ 8-per-month, entry-level hosting plan from a well-known/well advertized company. My site was hacked with malware. I didn't have the bandwidth to fix it. My site was down for 2 weeks, and I lost 50% of my site traffic permanently. The total cost of lost revenue is likely greater than $100k After that, I switched to Kinsta hosting for $70 per month. My site has been hacked two more times, including this morning. Within 15 minutes of discovering the issue, it was fixed, thanks to Kinsta's 2/47 support. I didn't have to do anything on my end other than thank them and then subsequently reset my password.
The service provided is amazing. But what I really appreciate is the support team. The reply very fast and solve your problems with efficiency in a few minutes. Love that!
Merci beaucoup.
Vladan was excellent. He quickly understood the issue, looked beyond the initial limitation, suggested a practical alternative at the NGINX level, and implemented a precise solution that addressed exactly what I needed without introducing unnecessary broader blocking. He was clear, proactive, technically helpful, and very easy to work with. This is exactly the kind of support that gives me confidence in Kinsta. Please pass my thanks to Vladan — he did a great job.
Terrific service, very helpful staff regarding any given issues. Very knowledgable and efficient, any grave matter gets resolved within 30 mins or less. Best hosting platform for the price. The customer service is worth the premium alone.
I contacted Kinsta Support with a specific server-level security request. They responded almost immediately, understood what I needed, implemented the solution quickly, and were very kind throughout. I expected the request might take a few hours to resolve, but it was just 10 minutes.
Kinsta is a solid platform we have been hosting multiple domains on for over 5 years. We have never had an outage and the technical support team is excellent and extremely responsive. I highly recommend them.
